Refund Policy

Pre-launch status

HESIM LLC is not yet selling eSIM plans on this website. No checkout is available. The following principles will apply when sales begin, subject to the terms displayed at purchase and to mandatory consumer rights.

Unused digital packages

An unused and uninstalled eSIM package may qualify for a refund, subject to verification and the terms shown before purchase.

Installed or used packages

An eSIM that has been installed, activated, or used is a consumed digital product. Refunds for such packages may be restricted.

Technical issues

If a customer cannot install or use a valid unused package because of a verified technical issue attributable to HESIM or its fulfilment process, support will review the case. Outcomes depend on the facts of the case.

No automatic refunds

Refunds are not automatic. Requests are reviewed. This policy does not promise a refund in every case.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
